Dump off to Foster gets 15. Foster for almost 6. Foster gets 3+.... Makes it 3rd and inches. Hoyer sneaks it for the 1st down. Ball at the Jag 49. Foster gets tripped up but gains 1. Pass over the middle to Polk goes inc. 3rd and 9 coming up. Flip pass to Foster only gets about 6. Texans will punt on 4th and 4. Punt goes into the end zone, touchback.

Gerhart for 5. Gerhart for 1 or 2. Brings up 3rd and 3. Pass to Hurns goes for the 1st down at the Texan 46. Deep pass to Robinson off the mark, inc. 2nd and 10 coming up. Gerhart goes left for 3. On 3rd and 7, Bortles pass is blocked by Watt. Jags will have to punt. Punt goes into the end zone, touchback.

Missing Kareem, JJo, Benardrick... of course no Clowney all game. Really testing the depth of the defense here. Good thing the Jaguars have no running game.

Foster for 3. Hoyer is smothered for a sack. Brings up 3rd and 13. Pass to Hop goes for about 16 and the 1st down. Polk for 4. Pass to Shorts just goes for 3. 3rd and 3 coming up. Pass to Mumphrey gets 4 or 5 and the 1st down. Ball at the Texan 46. Foster for 2. Pass to Shorts off the mark, inc. 3rd and 8 coming up. Pass to Hop gets close to the 1st down...... measurement in progress.....4th and inches.... Texans going for it on 4th down... Foster caught in the backfield for a loss. Jags takeover on downs.

Pass to Robinson goes for 22. Ball at the Texan 30. Bortles pressured, throws it away, inc. 2nd and 10 coming up. Gerhart for 1. 3rd and 9 coming up. Pass over the middle to a wide open Thomas goes for the TD. 29 yards. Flags on the extra point.... Texans have too many men on the field, 5 yards. Extra point is good. Jags 14, Texans 10 5 seconds left in the 3rd qtr.

The ensuing kickoff is brought back by Mumphrey to the Texan 19.
End of the 3rd qtr. ------------------------------------------- Texan's ball at their 19. Pass to Hop gets 14. Foster bottled up loses 3. Foster catches the pass and makes some nifty moves to get the 1st down. Whoa, nice catch by Hop but flag is down....holding on the Jags is declined. Ball at the Jag 28. 32 yards on the play. Bradley throws the challenge flag (completed catch?)....... Play stands - completed pass. Foster goes right for almost 5. Hoyer scrambles for the 1st down but is nailed and flags are thrown..... flag on Jags for roughness....1/2 the distance places the ball at the Jag 9 yard line. Mallett in. Foster for no gain. Hoyer back in. Hoyer can't find a receiver and throws out of the back of the end zone, inc. 3rd and goal from the 9. Hoyer hits Hop for the TD! Texans 17, Jags 14 11:20 left in the game.

Pass to Hop goes to the Jag 33. Foster goes up the gut for 4. Pass to Mumphrey gets a couple.... flag is down....ref says, "no flag". Brings up 3rd and 3. Gimme, gimme, well placed pass to Hop down the side line goes for the TD. 26 yards. Texans 24, Jags 14 8:07 left in the game.
