Listening to AJ's interviews after the practice made me fell better. No pop or tear sounds. It tightened up and he stopped running. AJ said these things happen during TC. I am sure Kubiak will be smart with him. No need to push him, give him a few days of rest.

i just hope this isn't because he is still favoring his knee from the recent surgery.
