Spievey is what we thought Molden would be, should push for playing time and start in year 2.
Thomas should be the NT that I wanted Okam to be.
Skelton is a project QB. #3 behind winner of Booty/Orlovsky for #2.
Meier is a former QB turned WR, has size and speed, project. Plus I'm friends with his uncle.

Does the descision not to retain Dunta change my draft stratigy?

I might look at Kyle Wilson #30 in this draft or Donovan Warren # 50 at the #28. If they run in the mid 4.4 and show good hip flip. I have them as #2 and 3 of the CBs precombine.

My thing is I have Dan Williams as one of the best players coming out this year.

The answer to your question should be "no" because of the statement you made.

The draft is meant to get the best talent you can find when you pick.

OK what are we looking at here as our most pressing needs ? CB,C/G,RB and perhaps DT & safety but to a lesser degree. Given the crop of FAs becoming available in March, would the Texans be realistic to expect they could fill one of those needs for the upcoming campaign in FA and thereby give themselves more flexibility in the Draft ?
