You say OD is easily replaceable in this system (which I think is bullshit).

Matt Shaub's stats this year are products of the system. He sucks and is a loser. He cannot win a game when he has to.

Casey can do what OD was able to do but it wont happen overnight. Im not saying that OD should be let go but if you give Casey an entire offseason to get comfortable with Schaub he can be really really good.
