Which part do you disagree with? He definitely cannot score when it counts. To me he seems like a stat-racker. The guy drives down the field and scores when it doesn't matter. But when you have the lead you throw 2 picks, one for six and get stripped.

I just think its being way too harsh on him. Blame the coaching for not getting them up for the second half. Blame the secondary for getting torched again. Blame the OL for not giving good protection like they did in the first half. It doesn't all fall on Schaub. He's definitely more than just a stat guy. Probably a Top 5 QB if you look just this year.

Interesting stat from the last 3 games - all losses....

1st downs from penalty:

Colts vs. Texans I: Colts 6, Texans 1

Titans vs. Texans II: Titans 4, Texans 0

Colts vs. Texans II: Colts 4, Texans 0

That means this team is ridiculously undisciplined.

I was heartbroken three weeks ago, angered and sickened last week, and numb today.

I honestly thought we'd win this game. Very disappointing.
Doubt that Mcnair would make any announcements this week, probably wait until year-end ?

Honestly depends how we finish the season out. I don't think it's right to fire Kubiak even though he and his coaching staff shoulders a LOT of blame. Keeping each game within at least 8 except for the Jets game is a good thing. Closing comes with experience.

We've learned that we can bounce back from being down. We need to learn how to stay up when we're up!

Yep. Or if I was ridiculously paranoid, I might think the refs were helping out the other team....

You don't give the Colts 40 free yards on a phantom call.

What makes him a top 5 QB. Stats? Maybe I am being harsh on him. Maybe his coach should've woke his ass up for the second half. No they continued to let him walk out there with that lost look on his face. I know if I could see it, they could.

As far as the Defense is concerned: I think they had a fairly good game. They forced two turnovers and sacked Manning twice. There's not much more you can ask from the D. Our offense just rolled over and played dead for the second half.

and for that fumble. He had space to step into the pocket. Those pressure situations are what make top 5 QBs in my book. Top 5 QBs perform under pressure and when games. He doesn't. Just look at Manning. He did not have a good statistical game by far. But when it came down to it, he won the game. Same with Brees. Those are clear cut top 5 QBs.

Not allowing them to get chunks of yardage whenever they please, and not shooting the team in the foot with boneheaded penalties is something I can ask for.

I think A Smith might be a marked man among the referees of the league.... Sure seemed like they weren't giving him any leeway... That elbow to Mawae in the Titans game didn't help his image...

anyone who is defending kubiak at this point is not being realistic. maybe he turns out to be a good head coach in the long run, but he has had 4 years here, and that is more than enough time to put together a team. the mistakes that are being made are the same ones week in and week out, that is on the coaches. consistenely losing games because of breakdowns (mental or scheme) is on the coaches. i was squarely behind kubiak going into this year, but he does not have this team prepared consistenly. maybe it isn't his fault, but something has to change, and you can't fire the entire team.

Kubiak needs to go.

Its that simple.

How many times do we have to hear, "its on me.". Well, when do you stop making the same mistakes?

He does not know what he is doing and plays Capers style...not to lose.

I was at the game and their offensive sets were horrible. Late in the 1st half, they just stand around and let the clock run down to the 2 minute warning when you clearly had more than enough time to run a running play and have the 2 minute warning to stop the clock for you. They had ran the ball down the Colts throat on that drive up till then. Like why not try run a play?

Coaching not to lose.

We need a coach who coaches to win.

Its time for a change. We make the same mistakes teamwide, everygame. It never seems to be the same person but it still happens. KBrown missing FGs, the other KBrown fumbling, Schaub throwing an INT for a TD, Slaton dropping a pass, Vonte dropping a pass, And least we forget Dunta "pay me Rick" Robinson gets burned consistently by all players even a 21 year old rookie last week and a TE with a last name of Clark this week.

Shall I go on?

I could bring up the penalties and the constant coaching miscues but they are too numerous to mention.

If it really is on Gary "its on me" Kubiak, then he must go.
