Could we get Ian Williams or Chris Neild to play NT?
Or Jeremy Beal Oklahoma to convert to OLB and possible spend time on the PS?

Are NFL teams prohibited from contacted the undrafted guys or are they simply prohibited from signing them at this point?

Ya, Vandermeer said on the radio no contact can be made with UDFAs until the NFL straightens out their mess. So, all those guys are in limbo until then...

Im very excited about this year's team... especially on the defensive side. Now if they could only end the lockout so all these guys can get to work.

But I think there is another post from the week following the draft where I soften my take on this pick. After the draft was over I remember watching TJ bringing back North Carolina to beat a danged good LSU. So once I started remembering the couple of games I saw of Carolina, I liked the pick. Also I believe I sung the praises of TJ at the the open practices this summer. I will own up to being stupid for not having TJ on my radar

I just find it amusing to go back and read all of our bitching, and later to find out I/we were wrong, and the guys that get paid big bucks for doing it were actually right. But that one time we do get something over them....... ![]()
