Thumbs up to Pep staying. This should be good for Davis Mills' development.

Whelp, they went from looking like they were going to do something foolish to picking a guy with a ton of experience. Lovie was head coach of the Bears from 2004-2012, sat out 2013 and came back to be head coach of the Bucs from 2014-2015. Overall record as an NFL head coach is 89-87 brought down by the 2 years at Tampa Bay (8-24).

He is soon to be 64 but can't knock them for going with experience. My guess is he will be the organizer and allow the coaches on the offensive side to do their thing.... Hopefully, he can stabilize things until the Texans get back on track...
