Apart of what makes you a starting qb is your ability to shoulder the load and know when to take chances and when not to.

Because he has been on the bench for so long his understanding of the time to take chances is completely off.

From the first fumble he was rattled in which led to the remainder of unfolding events.

I dont buy that. If he goes down, Colts use 3rd timeout. They punt. You have to drive and score, and recover an onside kick.......It is common sense.....He tried to win the game on his own, and it cost us the game......

This teams coaching just plain and simply sucks.

Coaching did NOT lose this game today. Sage Rosenfels lost it with three turnovers in the last ten offensive plays. What is it about that that's so hard to freakin' understand?!

You don't think coaching has anything to do with the way players play or are prepared to play then I think you are the one who doesn't understand.

I thought the coaching calls were great for the most part. Kubiak didnt tell Rosie to stick the ball out trying to get a 1st down on the qb sneak. He didnt tell him to go airborne and fumble the ball, or hold the ball forever and fumble again......This was on Rosie....Plain and simple. I only fault Kubiak for NOT taking the ball out of his hands on the 3rd down and running the ball.......

Yeah. I agree....Rosie began playing very stupid in the 4th quarter. I dont blame them for going for the 1st down, but he should have never went airborne like he did.

that is not coaching. Coaching was the decision that kept Sage on the bench while so many of you called for him to start.

For two years now I have been on here calling Sage Brett Favre without the arm. He tries stupid throws that should never be attempted every time he plays. That's why even though he moves a football team as well as anyone, he can't start for one of the league's worst teams.

I am sooooo thankful that I am not Kubiak right now......What do you tell your team. Really. I think I would just stand there for awhile, not say a word.......maybe leave...maybe go cry in the corner........

Let me reiterate. That was a dumb ass decision on the part of Sage. I was only noting that as a second stringer Sage tends to take more chances than he should. In recent years those chances have paid off for him. Thus leading to the qb controversy talks.

Granted majority of the time he had no choice but to just air it out because most of the time the team was already losing badly or was out of contention for the playoffs.

Todays mistakes were the result of years of getting away with it. "Have fun throughout the game. Make daring plays. But when the f#@$#in game is on the line just go down and punt it away"

But I get it, his adrenalin was pumpin, he was instrumental in leading this team to the position they were in. I can imagine he was thinkin "wouldnt it be great to be this week's David Garrard, to pick up the game sealing first down"

NO YOU IDIOT. GARRARD WAS LOSING HE HAD NO CHOICE. YOU HAD A CHOICE, GO DOWN AND PUNT IT AWAY.
