He's proven more than Wentz. But if the Texans drafted Wentz, I would make him #3 behind Weeden to start the year and let him know he's not ready and is getting trained for '17. Next year, we'll have a better feel for Osweiler and make it an open competition. In '18, we can trade either QB without a large cap hit and possibly for a big draft haul in return.
