As has become common tradition, previous NFL players will announce the 2nd RD pick for their respective team. So far, I've seen reports on the following teams:
BUF: Jim Kelley CHI: Dick Butkus PITT: Mel Blount MIA: Dwight Stephenson SEA: Kenny Easley HOU: Eric Brown I know not all teams can or will have HOF superstars announce their pick, and that our years of existence pails in comparison to those above, but still, I find this somewhat depressing being a Texans fan. The cynic in me thinks that perhaps Chris Brown (of RB and INT pass lore) would've been a more appropriate historical connection. ![]() |

I have zero memory of this guy. Looked him up, he only played 2 years for us, what? They could not have gotten a better known guy, Like Jamie Sharper or Seth Payne or Gary Walker or Aaron Glenn.

Hey we've got a well known former player. How about we use Andre Johnson to announce our second round pick? Oh wait, he' still in the league isn't he.
