Here we go again: Texans listening to offers and open to moving the top pick in the second round.

Raiders don't have many picks this year, but I could see them wanting to move up for Carr and 2.4 isn't a big drop for the Texans. I'd take a 2014 #3 ~or~ a 2014 #4 and a 2015 #2 to make that move.
