As it is now we're screwed because STL has no incentive to move up and we're not going to trade with JAX at #3. Trading with CLE would be somewhat risky, but if you rank the 3 QB's close to each other and you're willing to settle on the one QB that's left or Clowney, I guess it could be an option.
Personally, I just don't see a scenario where we move down so it's either Clowney or the QB of our choice at #1.

Me neither, because Andrew Luck or Payton Manning clearly isn't in this Draft, but caveat emptor, Jack locker or worse yet Blain Gabbert might be in this Draft. Actually, both of them might be in the 2014 Draft.
So who is Clowney ? Less risky than Bruce Irving but far more talented than the Seahawks edge-rusher because hey, besides being a steller pass-rusher he can play the run and he's system versatile.
