Default tailgating?

Even though I'm done on this season, a friend of mine purchased tickets for this Sunday's game and I am going. I want to acquire a tailgating pass but they are sold out. Is there a resale market for tailgating passes like there is for tickets? Is there any way to get a tailgating pass this late? Thanks. If I purchase a regular parking pass is that (along with my ticket) enough to tailgate?

If you have a game ticket, you don't need a tailgate ticket.

If you don't have a game ticket, I would assume you could find tailgate tix on ebay, or maybe a local broker, but you might be better off getting a real ticket from the guys @ 610 and Kirby/Fannin.

We tailgate 50% of the time, and don't recall ever being checked, but we have a parking pass. The part of our group doesn't have parking passes, are always checked after they get off the train.

What if I don't have a parking pass. The tickets were bought on stubhub and there is no pass.

From what you said I am thining all I need to do is buy a parking pass and then I can tailgate?

If you don't have a parking pass, and are meeting up with other people that do, all you need is your game ticket. You can ride the train in, or park in one of the offsite lots, and just show your paper ticket to the guard, if they ask.

If you are doing a tailgate of your own, then you will need to buy a parking pass. BUT, you don't need a tailgate pass too. Just game ticket and parking.

Tailgate passes were put in place for people without a game ticket and wanted to come out and tailgate. It was a crowd control measure after the last time Dallas was here. It got pretty bad.

Make sense?

Parking passes are available for sale from fans on the Ticketmaster site.

Sadly, they no longer allow people to sell their parking passes to the Platinum Lot anymore.
