So when does Joe Marciano loose his job. They have been bad on special teams for the last few years.

LZ was talking about this subject on the radio early in the season. He said Marciano apparently has a special needs child and that McNair and his wife are very sympathetic to his situation. He said it would be extremely unlikely that McNair would fire him.

Well, now I know why a coach whose charges consistently underperform keeps his job year after year. I certainly am glad I'm no longer making annual donations to the McNair charity.
