I think Drew Brees might even have gotten a chuckle out of that one...
What about the 49'ers? After that slip-up in Minnesota, they were starting to look invincible by beating the Jets 34-0 and the Bills 45-3. Then, the Giants went to their house and beat them (49'ers) by 23 (26-3). Just goes to show, you never know in the NFL....

I doubt the Packers go undefeated the rest of the way....but for one night, they really had it going...

For me the Giants win over SF was the most impressive victory of the NFL season to date because they traveled 3 time-zones to beat a very good football team and beat them decisively. IMO that's the true mark of a strong and confident football team, on the road a long distance to win over a formidable opponent in that fashion. I dunno, have we done that ?

Oh, heck yeah. And you?

The Texans are who we thought they were - contenders and a pretty good team.

Still much to work on - they still have to learn about Life-without-Cushing.... but the Green Bay game looks like just a good slap in the face, now. Perhaps we can meet up with them again?

I think the only real worry we have left is New England. Barring a total collapse, we'll win the AFC South and we now have the tiebreaker with Baltimore so we'd have to finish with a worse record than them to lose the HFA throughout the playoffs. What's left is New England who we will have to play in December as our third consecutive road game and as a Monday Nighter.

I suspect that will be a loss so we just need to go into that game with a two-game lead on them.

You don't think Chicago or Minnesota or even the Colts might be pretty competitive games?

2 of those 3 are NFC games
In all honesty, I can see us splitting with the Colts, mainly due to the Week 17 game being there, with us likely having little, if anything, to play for.

And we stay winless in Indy......
