I used to have a boss that would watch me work. He would lean over my shoulder and point out things to me - usually pointing out how things could go terribly wrong. He had never done my job before. He didn't have the experience at my job that I had. Yet, he felt it was his civic duty to inform me of the always-impending-doom that could happen.
It's probably one of the main reasons I've been self-employed since age 52..... |
