I am so glad that Kubiak is going to let Yates throw the ball downfield.

Too bad he is only deep threat is Jacoby Jones...

On the pass to the endzone the annoucers say afterwards; "Yates has to give Jones a chance to catch the ball". Really?? What about the first play of the game? JJ has to get his head out of his @ss and give Yates a chance to succeed.

In case anyone was confused as to why I keep saying I want a CB in the first round next year maybe that last Kareem Jackson escapade brings my thinking into sharper relief.

McManis downs the kickoff in the endzone. Texans ball at their 20.

------------------

Flags presnap. False start Texans backs it up 5. 1st and 15 coming up.

TE screen to OD gets 5. 2nd and 10 coming up.

Tate for 3. 3rd and 7 coming up.

Oh jeez, Yates' pass is INT'ed by Nelson and he brings it all the way back to the Texan 25. Bengals ball.

Nice TFL by Watt -4 on the running back. 2nd and 14 coming up.

Dalton's pass is deflected, inc. 3rd and 14 coming up.

On 3rd down, dump off pass goes inc. Bengals to try the long FG.

Nugent's 47-yarder is good.

Bengals 6, Texans 3

2:31 left in the 1st quarter.
