6 out of 16 teams go to the playoffs in the AFC each year. Some teams seem to get there every year.... You gotcha New England, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Indianapolis, San Diego.... NYJ as of late... There's some improving teams - Texans probably belong in this category. KC is coming on.... Miami and Oakland could surprise. All that makes it really tough to get in the playoffs...
The Texans are just going to have to start beating up on some of these guys. Winning the division would be a good start. Not tripping over the Titans and Jags would also help...
