I think Houston will be a mixture of S. Merriman and D. Ware.....so, Yes...I have him ranked pretty high.

My personal opinion is, I would take OLB/DE Aldon Smith over Houston. From what I've seen on the NFL, Aldon is the better athlete, and has a better chance to move into the 3-4 rush OLB we all envision for Phillips defense.

I put together my draft board for the Texans every year. Mostly, just to keep myself honest once the season begins and everyone begins saying that they would have taken the ROY instead of the guy the Texans drafted. I can go back and show that I liked Clay Matthews more than Brian Cushing. This is all for entertainment purposes anyway. The Texans don't send me a check for my opinions. When Justin Houston outperforms Von Miller, you can come back and congratulate me for my scouting prowess. If Houston is a but and Miller has 10 sacks, then I'll gladly tip my hat. When I first started doing this, I relied upon the so-called experts who put out consensus boards. Yet, that didn't really tell you anything you didn't already know because it was consensus opinions. Then I started reading the Huddlereport and liked the fact that Drew went out on a limb and stood behind his opinions. So, I've sort of adapted that philosophy. I think Miller is over-hyped and isn't strong enough. We shall see.

Now that I'm thinking about it....I probably have Brooks Reed, Jabaal Sheard, and Chris Carter ranked too low and have bought into some of the 'group think' that has them as 2nd rounders. It would be nice to be able to double dip and get two pass-rushers in this draft to rotate with Barwin.
