I dont see Favre giving the Texans any better chance to goto the playoffs this year than either of our QB's. He may have been a great QB, but this team needs stability in the positions we have good players and concentration and growth in the areas that are weak. Not shakup for the sake of bringing in a legend.

If I was a fan of teams like the Packers, Carolina, Minnesota, Chicago and a few other that a QB like Farve could put us over the cusp then maybe, but still you get 1-2 years from him. It makes no sense.

It is also a matter of our FO's mentality, which is not spend big and win now. Kubiak is a coach that wants to build a team to win for years and is willing to take some time to make it happen. He isnt instant about instant gratification.
