I don't know what Vince's winning percentage is as a starting quarterback but I bet it's over .500. That's not to say the Titans win *because* of Young the way the Longhorns won because of Young. But he hasn't lived up to the third overall pick in the draft either.

But, then, neither has Leinert or Cutler.
