If you look at the talent we have had at RB then it is obvious that Houston has been a spot for RBs to overachieve rather than a place to underachieve. Of all the guys you mentioned only one played healthy and didn't look his best, and that was Mack (and he was beaten out by DD, the king of the overachievers). The rest either peaked here, were hurt, or were never good in the first place.
