I could give support to this idea. A combo of Christian Hackenberg and Kevin Hogan or Dak Prescott and Jacoby Brissett would give the team some insurance.

Vernon Adams would be an acceptable choices. He is short, but I still think he can play in the league.

Yep. Dickey outplayed Pastorini until he broke his hip. So it worked out. The Oilers traded Dickey who had a solid career.
