Ummm. That's the dude that gave 2 1's for Carson Palmer when he was bidding against nobody. Granted different kind of role here, but that shows his intellect. Good desire to try to win vs. Being a dumbass is not a good situation.

I'd rather keep Kubiak over Jackson.

Jay Gruden gives me a Kubiak 2.0 feel... don't like it.

What's up with Billick? Of the ones Roy listed, that one had me the most interested.

My reservations of Billick has to do with him being out of the game a while,he was fired in 2007, his offense sucked while in Baltimore even though he was the supposed architect of the 2nd greatest offense in NFL history, and he is Brian Billick, bad TV commentator.

( IMO Minnesota's offense was great, but I still think the Rams offense was better. )

I forgot that Campbell got injured that year and they traded for Palmer. I still like him better than any other option brought up here yet.
In 2010, under Jackson’s guidance, the Raiders offense finished fourth in the AFC and sixth in the NFL in scoring (25.6 points per game) also finished fifth in the AFC and 10th in the NFL in total offense (354.6 yards per game) and second in the NFL and AFC in rushing (155.9 yards per game). The Raiders more than doubled their scoring output from the previous year, totaling 410 points.
