Secondly, just because their are 32 #1 draft choices doesn't mean 32 guys deserve a first-round grade. If you draft late in the first round, you are probably getting a second-round talent or a guy many other teams will rate as a second-round talent.

The Cowboys' board bears that out, with only 18 1st rounders, 22 2nds, 28 3rds, 21 4ths, 28 5ths, 8 6ths, and 7 7ths. Still, it doesn't look like the Texans and Cowboys staffs saw eye-to-eye on the Texans' picks.
