Astros Draft

Looks like Astros started 2009 draft with a pick of a shortstop with their first pick, the 21st in the first round. Seems Astros could use lots of young talent, now, but for sure in a couple years, so hope they do better drafting this year than in past few drafts.

Yesterday i heard an interview with the kid. He said that at his workout for the astros, one of the scouts told him how much they liked him, and that they were thinking about getting rid of tejada, so there'd definitely be a place for him in the organization. Interesting. Now all we have to do is sign these guys.
