I thought it was interesting that the Texans weren't on this list, but I highly highly doubt that the Texans would be stupid enough to even think about going after T.O and I'd personally just chalk that up to PFT not having any reliable sources inside the Texans. Also, Jacksonville isn't on the list though. Fingers crossed that they're the ones dumb enough to take him. My gut feeling tells me he'll end up with Oakland.

It's been updated. We're on the list now as well as J-Ville. I'm sure once TO realizes no one wants him and his price tag comes down I'm sure some of these teams will flip flop.
