I don't think the special teams have been all that terrible. Yes, Holliday has had some critical mistakes but he's gone now. Jones has been solid punting (with limited work), and Graham has been almost perfect in place-kicking - just not on kickoffs. We need to establish a return game and do a better job of blocking and tackling without drawing penalties. Most of the ST guys we have are young, cheap back-ups so they just need to be coached up better.
