looks like they expect gustav to be a cat 3 out over the gulf, settling as a cat 2 when it's makes it to land on the west side of louisiana.
my sister goes to tulane, they evacuated until wednesday. pretty crazy first week of going back to school.

Well, looks like we might not be able to avoid Ike, though I'll say this one is giving me Rita-vibes in how it might keep shifting eastward on us before landfall.

I'm not a big fan of any hurricans, but if one's going to hit it might as well not do it on a weekend.....especially one with baseball and football games I was planning to attend.

Since I am in North Dakota, I am not worried about drinking water right now.
