Lots to digest here.....and I imagine it will all be covered eventually over the offseason.....
I'm surprised McNair didn't wait till the end of the season (not his usual nature) however, seems to me it was more a case of Kubiak losing the team rather than vice versa. Kubiak lost the connection. The players didn't quit - last night they played hard, they just looked like a bunch of undisciplined brats. I wonder if at some point, Kubiak became complacent about his job security and his own ability (How many times have we heard, "been doing this a long, long time in this league"). Makes me wonder just what the heck was going on in those 16 hour workdays.... -------------------------------- Kubes still talking up his boy Matt Schaub post game last night.....  -------------------------------- The mini-stroke thing was far enough in the past that this dismissal didn't come off as cruel or harsh..... -------------------------------- Keenum fans won't have to worry about Kubiak half-assing his development anymore. Kubiak did a few things with/to Keenum he would never do with Matt Schaub..... McNair sounded like a bit of a Keenum fan himself during the presser....
