Default Texans Make It Official: O'Brien is the New GM

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/b...ll-operations/

The Peter Principle in full view everyone. Incompetent head coach promoted to incompetent General Manager (and head coach).

Real toss up as to whether this is worse than the Astros naming Dusty ("Ouch, my pitching arm") Baker as their next manager.

Houston, you've got multiple problems now.

Oh, man. Texans in full alienate-the-fans mode.

I afraid that's the way it goes.......change won't happen until they stop reaching the current glass ceiling...

Change won't happen until the necks stop buying tickets.

I always knew that Cal would probably be worse than Bob, but I have to admit, I never thought Manfred could possibly be worse than Selig.

Yet here we are.

I assume the chargers is to counter people who are prospecting on Brady going there. The Cowboys just always have inflated odds. Obviously Vegas is just trying to spread money out rather than predicting what is most likely.

The better take away is the Texans going to the Super Bowl next year is as likely as the Browns or the Colts.

Ah yes, that's right, the Brady angle.... The Cowboys should be in the middle of the pack with the Texans....

Going to take a while to get used to "Las Vegas Raiders". How do you abbreviate that, LV? LVR? Lover? Eheh.....

McClain is predicting BOB is here for at least two more years. Wow! Cal started off his running of the team with a firing of the GM, and now he is not replacing the worse offensive play caller in Houston, since the Charlie Johnson with no tools, for those of you to young to remember, QB's called their own plays back in the pre Tom Landry calling the plays for the Cowboys.

An aside, Pastorini and Stabler were the last two to call all their own plays.

I would like to see Watson call his own plays now. Couldn't be any worse.
