OK maybe it wasn't a real good throw, but Hopkins had both hands on it and
he should have had the ball.
In the meantime Cushing is down, doesn't look good.

I'm getting so sick of this league. The inconsistency of the calls on the field along with the fact the D can't do squat anymore without getting a flag. Yet, the offense take guys out at the knees and do whatever the hell they want. I'm sick to my stomach right now.

The season officially enters throw away territory if Cushing is done for the year. I mean fire the coach before the bye week, bury starters on IR, play young guys, and play for draft position.

He almost made a play on a front shoulder fade. It was a great effort.

If I can just watch Case Keenum run around for the next 10 games I'll be happy.

Thank goodness the ensuing kickoff goes out of the endzone, touchback. Texans ball at their 20.

---------------------------------------

Keenum buys 5 minutes and hits AJ deep for a big gainer. 42 yards.

Dumpoff to Tate goes for no gain.

Keenum can't find a receiver and grounds the pass, inc. 3rd and 10 coming up.

Pass to Graham only gets 9...... Texans to go for the FG.

Bullock's 47-yarder is good.

Chiefs 17, Texans 16

4:21 left in the 3rd quarter.

Quite a game. Even Bullock hitting FG now. Another turnover would be sweet.

Watching the replay I am trying to decide if Keo or Reed looked worse on the 3rd and 21 pickup.

Chiefs bring the ensuing kickoff back to their 13. Chiefs ball.

---------------------------------

Short pass to Charles goes all the way to the Chief 34. 21 yards.

Flags presnap. False start Chiefs. 1st and 15 coming up.

Smith is sacked by Mitchell. Makes it 2nd and 21 coming up.

Charles for no gain. 3rd and 21 coming up.

Damn, short pass to McCluster goes for big gainer. B Reed saves the TD. Ball at the Texan 34.

Charles for 6.

Charles goes all the way to the Texan 10. 1st and goal.

Davis goes left for 3.

End of the 3rd quarter.

Does Cushing make that play on Charles if he's in there, who knows ?
Charles is a much harder runner than i realized, I thought he was basically
all speed & moves.

I think I have to be done with football for the foreseeable future. The same ****************ing knee on the same ****************ing guy got blown out on ANOTHER dirty low block. Meanwhile you've got this pussified, bullshit league that coddles offensive players and offers no protection for defensive players.

This is a joke. I feel today the same way I felt while watching Lakers/Kings Game 6 in 2002. This is the day the music died for me in the NFL. I can no longer truly take it seriously. It's the beginning of the end.

I'm sold on Case, and ILB now is a bigger priority in the draft.

Fire Coach Joe tonight

On 2nd and goal from the 7, Smith's pass to Fasano just short of the goal line. Chiefs challenging that he crossed the goal line......

Play stands as called. 3rd and goal from about the 6-inch line.....

Charles stopped short! Chiefs to go for it on 4th down.....

Smith's pass is caught but out of bounds! Texans takeover at the 1!

Texans D matched the Chiefs GL stand, now Keenum is gonna have to stand on the GL with that crowd going nutz and make a play.

At least a fired coach likely means a new ST coach too. I can't imagine anyone taking this job and agreeing to keep him.

That's about when I quit watching he NBA, too. I bet I haven't watched ten games since then. I used to watch hundreds.

I'm not there with the NFL yet but I wouldn't begrudge another for it.

Keenum's pass to Graham off the mark, inc. 2nd and 10 coming up.

Pass to Hopkins goes for big gainer. Ball at the Texan 36.

Pass to AJ goes inc. 2nd and 10 coming up.

Keenum scrambles for 1. 3rd and 9 coming up.

Keenum gets sacked. Texans have to punt.

McCluster brings the punt back to the Chiefs 40 but flag on the play..... Holding on Chiefs backs it up.... Ball is placed at the Chiefs 8. 11:28 left in the game.

Marciano is 100% on McNair. A new coach wouldn't have any say in it. Not that it matters since Case is obviously going to save Kubiak's ass.
