Then he juggled them every time they played like the terrible QBs they are. You can let responsibility for this debacle of a franchise run up hill from O'Brien since Smith works with BOB on personnel and McNair hired them both, but it is dumb to make scape goats of the coordinators.
That's your opinion. But the truth of the matter is that no one but the necessary personnel knows who has total control on this team. We only know what they tell us.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying that Bill doesn't deserve SOME of the blame. But to blame him for it ALL is foolish and ignorant. He doesn't call any plays and he's not on the field. If anything he needs to hold somebody accountable and make some adjustments...

But yes coordinators should be held accounts as well...they are not exempt

No one is blaming BOB for ALL of the team's problems, just pointing out that he is in fact the head coach.

What are you talking about? We don't know who is in charge? The HC is in charge on Sunday. End of story.

This is O'Brien's team. (Just like O'Brien is the one with Arian Foster pointlessly on the field to get hurt at the end of a blowout loss as I type).

That was pretty good, huh? Very Texan. BOB fits right in to the unending line of Texan HC dickwits.

My last name is not O'Brien, and I could give 2 shits of a damn about him. And I am not going to sit here and defend the man...LOL.

I am just pointing out that for those of us who are one track minded, this blowout, this team, is where it is because of a lot more than him...it's easy and lazy to put all the blame on one person. As long as we continue to do so we'll be in this situation...

Absolutely disgusting. The Dolphins are a shit team. To get embarrassed by a shit team should be a wake up call. But as long as eighty thousand necks show up every other week McSenile will keep laughing.

Just how bad will it get before people wake up?

And yes that was a pretty dumb move to leave Foster in knowing his history of injuries. But that was a pretty freak ass injury. No one even touched him.

That's what we do...that's who we are. Since the Kubiak days, we have played down to the level of our opponent...maybe we need to scrap all players from the Kubiak era.

Lets not forget Rick Smith. If I were McNair, I would look over to him and say "You're fired"!!!

Who blamed only O'Brien? They can all get in line behind McNair for blame.

Also, it makes no difference what any of us do, we'll still be in this situation.

It's the nature of Houston sports (save for a couple of Rocket championships) for as long as I can remember and that goes back to the early 60's.....

Today was a golden opportunity to make something of the season, gain ground on the Colts (who lost) and turn this thing around. What do the Texans do? They fall flat on their faces.....not a close game loss, not a competitive loss, just a complete no-fight 1st round knockout...

Wake up and do what, come back next week and watch them play again just as you do every week?
Amazing, but we are still only a game out of first place - yep the Colts lost again today.

Thumbs down

I guess plenty blame all around, but whoever was main force behind getting these two QB this year deserves most of blame for my vote.

But I will be back every week.
