Wow. Dolphin fans must be feeling great - They pull out a win last night in Vegas due to Gruden's blunders, Indy lost, Cleveland lost... and the Oilers choked again so Miami's first round pick inches closer to the top. If the Oilers lose next week against Naspatch, the Dolphins will be assured no worse than 5th overall choice.
You know, way back in the Astrodome days, there was alleged curse on the land because the swamp land for the site was taken from the Indians. I'm really starting to believe in it. How many ways can you choke away a game (well, ask the Falcons)? Amazing. Last edited by HPF Bob; 12-27-2020 at 04:10 PM. |

Just one more game to protect Deshaun Watson's health. There really isn't much else to benefit from Week 17. Tunsil went out today for a high ankle sprain, and Howard is on the IR now for his concussion. Charlie Heck went to RT. Max Scharping to LG after Brent Qvale left with a concussion.

Saw a snippet of Watt's postgame. He's beside himself with frustration. He really needs to move on, particularly if a rebuild is beginning.
I'd let McCarron be our guest pinata next week. |

In the interests of avoiding serious injury in a meaningless game if McNair had a lick of smarts he'd instruct the HC to sit Watson in the season finale because after being crushed in GB last night Vraeble will have the Titans pumped next Sunday in what is an important game for them.

Early line has the Titans favored by 7½ to 9 next week.
Texans are a mess. New GM and HC have a "challenge" in front of them. Only a handful of players are worth keeping, IMO. Too many slugs on this team. It might take a while to get things straightened out. It's probably possible to do it one off-season but everything would have to go right. One thing is for sure: we got us a QB. |
