That's fine. He's the same as Ghee except he's a return guy without as much technique as a DB.

Broncos take the last OL worth a $hit in this draft. J.D. Walton is a Denver Bronco.

Earl Mitchell? That was my 7th round guy if we didn't get Geno Atkins. Hmmm, WTF?!? Geno must run a Crystal Meth Lab in his garage.

Did Smith & Kubiak not get a chance to consult with you before the Draft this year about DTs ? Otherwise, how come we're using 3rd round picks on 7th round talent ?

No, but they start with an A which must have confused them.

DT Geno Atkins 6'2" 286 Georgia 4.75 34 33 2.64 1.68 9.75 7.33 4.43 0.32 76.75 13.44 5.71
DT Earl Mitchell 6'2" 296 4.75 25 28.5 2.69 1.56 8.92 7.68 4.55 0.2 62.42 13.79 4.53

The only thing Mitchell had a significant advantage in was that 10 yard split. That tells me something.

Sounds like a pure one-gap passing down type of d-tackle.

I had Corey Peters ranked after Mitchell, so maybe I don't know what I'm looking for in DTs.

Bengals just took Jordan Shipley. He and Quan Cosby are reunited.

Totally... that's a huge split actually. 1.56 is a good number. Passing downs with Mitchell, Mario, and Barwin could be getting a lot more exciting.

Wow. How long has Mack Brown been lurking off stage to announce Colt's selection? Shipley goes to the Bengals but McCoy goes to the Browns. LOL

Somebody tell Steve Young that Mike Holmgren is not the coach of the Browns.
