The way people imagine Bellachik conspiracies, it's like they think he's omnipotent.
It's 100% obvious that the Raiders were looking for any reason to void Brown's contract all week. They repeatedly poked him when they could have deescalated. They counted the lost draft picks of the trade as sunk cost and got out of the $30 million. Brown just happens to have an amazing enough history of production that he got a $10 million golden parachute.
