Default Update from friend

I am hoping to hear more from him after the 1st round ends and they have a better idea of who is on the board...but as of right now...

"Focus will be a defensive lineman, safety, and edge pass rusher in no particular order. Good chance we trade down to get another pick. I could see the Texans making one other move late..."

For the record, everything below is me talking again...

The "making one other move late" statement matches what I have seen elsewhere that the Texans may be targeting a trade for a veteran with a 7th rounder. No idea who it is but it would be someone that is going to get cut anyway...

These are guys that would have to fall a bit to make it to 40, but I would be happy with any one of them...

Baun (LB Wisc. - would have to fall far...teams would have to shy away after his drug masking announcement)
Delpit (S LSU)
Blacklock (DT TCU)

Out of those 3, I think Delpit is the best candidate to fall to 40...maybe there will be a nice WR run to start the 2nd and push defensive guys down...

Solid once again.

This draft really fell in a way the Texans really wanted, probably helped them from feeling too much pressure to move up.
