It really depends upon the 40 time. I could see him at #40 if he runs a 4.65. Or, if he runs over 4.7 the bottom could fall out and we are talking about a Day 3 prospect. ILBs are not so highly sought after unless they show speed under 4.5 with the production on film. That's why I have Roquan Smith ranked so highly. Trumaine Edmunds is bigger and I am waiting to see if he is a 4.6 or a 4.8 guy.
