To add to the points made by Bob, Orton has a salary that is to high for our cap room. We have bottom of the barrel money available not starter in the NFL money like Orton is making.

So Orton will not be claimed by our team for all the reason Bob said and because he does not fit under our cap.

KC Chiefs took Orton which should, at least, add some intrigue to the Week 17 season finale in Denver.
