1. Every game was an almost game
2. Underprepared
3. Last minute mistakes
4. Never living up to expectation
5. Stubborn
6. Hires staff based on relationship, not experience or proven credentials
7. Accountability seems non-existent for anyone on the staff
8. Overall: the biggest WASTE of talent

With Kubiak at the helm, Detroit and Cleveland will reach the playoffs before us. So far Oakland, KC, Tampa, and (seemingly St. Louis) are on track to surpass us.
