New User Registrations

With the forum upgrade complete, I have added a new custom question to the registration process that will hopefully reduce the number of bot registrations.

The question is something anyone who watches football can answer, but should anyone have trouble with the revamped new user registration process, please let me know. Thanks.

It's only been 36 hours, but that custom question has killed off all the bot registrations so far.
