I think with a loss to KC combined with a loss to Indy, we're done. At that point it's start Keenum, trade Tate for whatever you can get for him, move Reed to ILB and see what you got because he isn't doing squat at OLB/pass-rush, start Jefferson at OLB, IR Daniels and let the young TE's play as much as possible, etc... Just do whatever else you can to see what level of young talent you have.

As for the coaching staff, personally, I think this staff has ran it's course. It's been 8 or so years now and I don't think they'll ever get it done. Why continue with mediocrity or just above average? If Kubiak does stay, I'd mandate that he relinquish OC duties for sure. It's ridiculous to me that he's HC and has a puppet for a OC, and then to top that off, won't let his 8-yr vet QB audible. Kubiak's either a stubborn control freak or extremely paranoid. If you can't trust your QB to audible, maybe that's an indication he's not the right QB to lead your team.

I don't even know what to do with Smith. He's done some good things, but IMO, the depth on this team is way below average and that's a direct reflection on him and Kubiak. He's also approved and/or made some horrible signings and hasn't done a good job of managing the cap (who wouldn't kill to have Quinn over Reed now?). Considering all that, I guess I'd jettison him as well.

I guess that would put me in the C or D category.
