If/when we hit the magic #7, as in losses, then I'm a strong B.

Regardless of what happens, I think I'd split your C. I'd like to see some new blood at the QB spot in '14.

I don't anticipate a change in HC/DC for '14. I do expect a change in OC if things continue to spiral in the wrong direction. I'm clueless as to who though, but I think that's the direction they will head in. Kubiak will bring in an OC, to call the plays.
