Default RB Situation: Activate or Trade?

I know, I know... The coaching, interior OL -and especially Chris Meyers sucks, but let's put some of the blame on the RBs for now and focus on that position in this thread.

I'm still OK with Slaton, although, I don't think Kubiak and lil'Shan are using him properly. For example, I'm not sure why they don't try to get him the ball out in space (screens, lining him up outside, etc.) more often. Anyway, the big problem seems to be short yardage and since Chris Brown has proven to be a HUGE FKING ZERO at getting the tough yards, is it time to activate Chris Henry or Foster and see what they can do? Or, how about swinging a deal with the Raiders for Michael Bush? The Raiders will probably be in fire-sale mode here soon and I would think they'd let him go for a mid-round pick. Would you do it? Anyone else out there RB or other position you'd want to make a trade for?
