Since ZB is all about walling off the running lane, it means guys have to sync to be exactly at the right spot at the right time to open the hole and make the play work so quickness is more preferred than raw size or power (one reason it is not particularly effective in goal line and short yardage situations).

Breisel played OC in europe last spring. Eslinger also is a OC. Weary was a OC in college and played some backup OC here early on.
