My 2 cents ? I wouldn't mind it a bit if the Texans took Kerrigan.
I guess the conventional thinking is that maybe he is not thought to have the potential of either Quinn or Aldon Smith, but he's also got less downside with a very solid resume as a multi-year starter and no serious injury concerns and is an unquestioned team guy (captain at Purdue) with a serious work-ethic & high-motor intensity.
