According to Elias Sports Bureau, the Texans are tied with three teams for the third-most special-teams penalties in the league with 18 -- that’s an unacceptable 1.5 a game.

I'm not going to be nearly as hard on Marciano as chuck, but doing this in a year when the team is failing to meet expectations could be rough on Coach Joe continuing his 8-year run with the team.
