A record 12 Baltimore Ravens were named to the Pro Bowl squad. Houston landed three, all on offense: QB Deshaun Watson, WR Deandre Hopkins and LT Laremy Tunsil.
I guess the Pro Bowl voters don't notice false starts. Last I looked, Tunsil was the third most penalized OL in the NFL, most of them false starts. |

Assuming the Ravens make the Super Bowl, there ought to be 12 of them not playing in the Pro Bowl.
On a related note, these are the alternates from the Texans: Whitney Mercilus, Jon Weeks, Zach Cunningham, D.J. Reader, and Nick Martin. |

I'm disappointed that DJ Reader wasn't selected outright. Other than Nuke, he's been the team's best player this year.

Making the team especially as a starter was a surprise for Tunsil but he's been grading high for his pass-pro so he's doing what he's paid to do in spite of his jitters pre snap. Not a big boys Pro Bowl this year as once again it's in Orlando instead of Honolulu. |
