McClellin in the first? Didn't see that coming.

I'd pick Branch or Fleener before him.

I'm sure Smith will try his best to trade back to bundle picks, but whoever their top choice is, he surely will be a WR, OT, or OLB and I definitely like the BSU kid, so I figure we could do a lot worse.

I agree with most of this except the OT in the 1st. I really think the team likes Brown, Butler and Newton as a group.

Now a middle of the OL type, I could see, but again maybe not in the 1st.

You never know when the war room gets fixated on some "got to have" guy that seems perfect for a ZBS or a 3-4 defense that the draft board looks totally different from ours.

Of course Duane Brown is now regarded as an outstanding NFL LT, but do you really think they view Butler as even a legit starting OT at this time, that is if and until he proves that he's just that ? I wonder if they don't think of him more as a reserve who has a chance to prove and establish himself as an NFL starter ?
