I know this probably doesn't really deserve it's own thread...but that return had something (or rather, a lack of something) to it that set it apart from Jones' returns last year (the ones after the Colts game)...
That something is hesitation. There was no hesitation from the catch to the burn. He saw where he wanted to go and went...and went...and went. Too often I've seen him catch, hesitate, juke and go down 3 yards later. I hope this is a step up in his confidence as a playmaker-type return man and maybe even towards him being what he was drafted for. Kubiak, the coaches, Andre all need to keep him in check but that was exciting and completely turned the game around.

agree, seeing a return of the real JJ would be nice.

I told my buddy at the game the same thing. Later in the game during another return he did the usual hesitation before he ran. I just told my buddy he should just catch and go.
